Zombal is an outsourcing portal that caters to the scientific, technical, and industrial community. Projects are research-based, and serviced by students, graduates, or scientists.

Zombal publicizes adequate contact information, such as support email addresses and a physical address. Its phone number, however, is not readily available.
Fees and Payments
Zombal does not charge a fee to outsource projects. It accepts all major credit cards through PayPal and Google Checkout, but in case of a dispute, the service holds funds until the dispute is settled by an arbitrator and an arbitration fee. Awarded funds are placed back into a buyer's account for site use only.
Consumer Security
Zombal works through a secured server, but it isn't declared 'Norton Safe' or accredited at the Better Business Bureau.

Because Zombal doesn’t use standard outsourcing terminology, you may have difficulty grasping some of its concepts. Outsourcers, for example, are called “Launchers,” projects are called, “Zombs,” payments are called, “Quans,” etc., etc. The entire site is filled with this type of language, so a bit of study is recommended.
