Zintro is a consultancy portal, offering access to business experts from one half-hour phone consults on up to monthly arrangements. Contact Information
Zintro does not publicize expected contact information, such as support email addresses and a phone number. It publicizes a physical address only, and uses a contact form as its main channel of communication.
Fees and Payments
Zintro charges clients according to subscription plan (basic or premium), ranging from $99 per month to $359.40 a year. For those without a subscription plan, it appends 15% to 30% of a consultant's fees onto the total cost. It accepts all major credit cards via PayPal, etc., and it offers a refund only when a consultant fails to show up or cancels a call within 5 minutes.
Consumer Security
Zintro works through a secured server and is additionally declared 'Norton Safe'. It is not, however, accredited at the Better Business Bureau.

Buzz Factor
Onsite, Zintro provides a ratings/feedback system, however, some of its rating factors, such as posting to the Zintro blog and promoting Zintro through social media, don't indicate the true value of a consultant's service. Presence
At the time of its review, Zintro, ranked 119,106 by Alexa, provides access to almost 40,000 contractors. It maintains a company presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, but not Wikipedia. It has, however, released a press release.
