I was going to ask the same thing. Also – how common have you found people making these mistakes when doing work with you?

So far, it’s fairly common Maricela. However over the years, I’ve become pretty sensitive to them and really try to avoid outsourcers who demonstrate behaviors that will indicate a difficult working relationship. That is, a relationship that’s ripe for errors.
