How would I go about reporting someone?

I've called tech supports and gotten calls from people who outsource their tech department. Anyways I've had a few that were just downright rude. How would I go at reporting the rude ones?

Well one way is to ask for the manager. They also should have some sort of service number, so always ask if they have one right away. If they wont let you talk to the manager or boss, hang up and ring back and ask for the manager and report the service number. I've never actually done it myself, but I've heard that that's what you have to do.

Go through the ranks until you reach someone in charge, both the people who actually deal with the tech support and the main company. If you can get anyone from corp. that is a great way to pass on some info, many places do not even know what their tech support people are doing 1/2 the time.
