Is outsourcing ethical?

It appears that more and more people are asking this question, but the reason behind it escapes me. Is this rise in interest the result of our current political war? Has Obama and his republican foe raised outsourcing's awareness, and thus prompted us to interrogate the practice? Whatever the reasons are, we'd love to hear your opinions. Tell us whether you think outsourcing is ethical or not, and tell us why.
