ETEQ.com is an online outsourcing resource that provides access to auctions, job postings, and freelance ads for “free” (minus service specific fees).

This website does not make adequate contact information public, such as support email addresses, a physical address, and a phone number. It offers a contact form instead.

Fees and Payments
ETEQ does not charge its buyers (outsourcers) extraneous service fees, but because it's willing to store payments as escrow, it may charge a storage fee or transaction fee when releasing funds to a provider. Its escrow process also indicates a money back guarantee at a 3.5% project cancellation charge to offset charges. (Accepted payment methods are unknown.)

Consumer Security
ETEQ does not work through a secured server, nor is it declared 'Norton Safe'. It is, additionally, not accredited at the Better Business Bureau.

ETEQ's Terms of Service is not available, however the site does provides an FAQ and a short Privacy Policy.
