These terms of service detail our obligations to you regarding our website. Please read it in full before you use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms of service. We do occasionally update these terms of service, so please refer back to them in the future.

1. Use Of Website

1.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes, and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

1.2 The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors, and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

2. Work Orders

2.1 Just Outsourcing reserves the right to refuse to post, alter or remove any work order, work response, or other transmitted information. Just Outsourcing may exercise this right without any advance notice to the individual submitting a work response or work order.

2.2 Just Outsourcing does not act as a “middle-man” between an outsourcer and provider. It merely provides a platform to promote available work opportunities and available solutions to work opportunities. It is, therefore, in your best interest to attempt to make sure that every transaction proceeds smoothly and to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. In the event that a dispute arises as a result of a transaction, both outsourcers and providers agree Just Outsourcing is completely harmless and not liable in any way for said dispute.

2.3 Just Outsourcing does not facilitate financial transactions. However, because this is an outsourcing website that promotes outsourcing activities, work orders that ask for ‘pro-bono’ work, work in exchange for a commission or a percentage of sales of a product, a non-cash trade, or a contest-like project, will be removed. The same applies to work responses, where a provider offers to do non-cash work.

2.4 Those who choose to access this website are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Information available on this website and transactions occurring as a result of your use of the website may be subject to U.S. Export Control Laws and/or other applicable export and import laws. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export/import laws, regulations, taxes, licenses, and fees.

2.5 In order to protect the legal rights and recourse of both outsourcers and providers, all users of the site affirm that they are legal adults, able to enter into contracts, and at least 18 years of age. Persons not meeting these requirements are not allowed to post work orders or work responses.

3. Visitor Conduct

3.1 With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary, we will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.

3.2 When using this website, you shall not post or send to or from this website any material for which you have not obtained all necessary consents, is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United States;

3.3 While using this site, you agree not to:

• Restrict or inhibit anybody else from using the site.
• Post any unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content.

Just Outsourcing reserves the right to change or delete user public content and/or private communications sent through Just Outsourcing. Additionally, it may refuse service and/or block any user who does not adhere to these guidelines, or for any other reason for which Just Outsourcing deems prudent. Additionally, legal action may be pursued at Just Outsourcing’s discretion. Just Outsourcing may take this action without prior notice or explanation to the user.

4. Site Uptime

4.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

5. Links To And From Other Websites

5.1 Any links to third party websites located on this website are provided for your convenience only.  We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content.  

5.2 If you would like to link to this website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, any page on this website, and you do not in any way imply that we are endorsing any services or products unless this has been specifically agreed with us.
