I just finished reading Outsourcing Through RentACoder cover-to-cover. As a RentACoder buyer since 2005, I had no idea how much I didn’t know! Thanks for teaching outsourcing buyers how to minimize risk, place the best possible work orders and see things from a coder’s perspective—all of which are invaluable.
I agree with Mr. Ippolito; your book is Required Reading for anyone using RentACoder for their outsourcing needs. I’m kicking myself for not buying your book sooner!
