Now that you’ve filtered through the riff-raff, you can start qualifying coders by their profiles. The profile gives you a little background on the coders that you’re interested in and it’s formatted within a pretty neat-looking database. On just one screen, you can access three pages of critical information about each potential coder: General Information, Work History, and Expert Ratings.
