MagLance is a freelance site for Magento users. It provides access to contractors (called, ‘Maglancers’) seeking temporary and permanent work from outsourcers (called, ‘Maglancee’).

Contact Information
MagLance does not publicize adequate contact information, such as a physical address and a phone number. It offers a support email address (via its Privacy Policy) and a contact form only, instead.
Fees and Payments
MagLance charges $10 or 10% (whichever is greater) on top of bid quotes. It accepts payments via Moneybookers only, however, it doesn't facilitate payments the way other outsourcing services do. MagLance's service fee is separate from a provider's fee, so if you're unsatisfied with a result, the company will refund the service fee only.
Consumer Security
MagLance does not work through a secured server, nor is it listed with the Better Business Bureau. It is, however, declared 'Norton Safe.'
