RapidWorkers does not publicize adequate contact information, such as a physical address, and a phone number. It provides an email address and contact form for communication, instead.
Fees and Payments
RapidWorkers charges 6% on top of bid quotes. It accepts all major credit cards via PayPal, and instead of offering an outright money back guarantee, the service places a failed project back into the system so that a different provider can satisfactorily complete the work.

RapidWorkers does not work through a secured server, nor is it listed with the Better Business Bureau. It is, however, declared 'Norton Safe'.
