Betterfly is a service dedicated to bringing people who can ‘improve others,’ to those who need improvement in some area or another. IT related tasks are not the only things you can improve here. If you’re familiar with Fiverr and TaskRabbit, you can think of Betterfly as a merge of those two services.

Betterfly publicizes adequate contact information, such as a physical address (found in its help section), multiple support email addresses, and a contact form. We could not readily locate its phone number.
Fees and Payments
Betterfly does not charge its outsourcers (or clients, as they're called on the site) a service fee. Via its 'BetterBucks' program, you can pre-pay for services via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal check and money order. Betterfly will definitely purchased BetterBucks for 'no-show' appointments, however, other issues, such as poor service, will require arbitration that the service may provide at its discretion.
Consumer Security
Betterfly works through a secured server and is additionally declared 'Norton Safe'. It is not, however, listed with the Better Business Bureau.
