We’ve definitely come a long way since the 2-column, typewritten job summary. We’ve come so far, in fact, we’ve accomplished what was once deemed impossible only decades ago.

There’s Something About The Video Resume

It’s admittedly difficult to demonstrate one’s current status, previous work history, and availability in electronic format — at least, it’s more difficult electronically than it is on paper. But there’s something about the video resume that facilitates an employer’s decision to hire. Perhaps it’s the energy conveyed on screen, the face-to-face intimacy, the sincerity,  the spontaneity, or the professionalism.
