Outsourcing Legalities (Survey)
In our outsourcing book, we discuss not only a variety of laws surrounding the industry, but some instances in which seeking legal counsel may be appropriate as well. It has since been a couple of years since we published the book, so we’d like to see how its advice worked out for you.
The following polls provide insight into how other outsourcers approach outsourcing’s legalities. Participate to supply more data (it’s anonymous), or simply take a gander to see what others have experienced and concluded.
