Forums That Matter
Part of establishing an online identity or reputation for yourself is making your business known in circles outside of your private little bubble. The mistake a lot of new marketers make with this strategy is establishing a presence in circles that are just as small or private as their own website. To exploit this strategy, you’ve got to make permanent footprints in circles that matter. That is — circles that have a larger audience than your own.
The list below points to forums with a huge number of participants. Whether you plan to participate or simply introduce yourself, make sure you do so on one of these forums. These forums attract hundreds (if not thousands) of visitors who may be interested in what you have to offer. Post or comment here, and you’ll increase your chances of getting known in a big way.
