What better way to describe what happens in mediation than to walk you through an example case?! Here, we’re going to give you a tour of an actual mediation in which we (the authors) were a party to. In this case, we were the coder instead of the buyer, so you may have to view this section in reverse, backwards, topsy-turvy or inside out to feel what your role might be as a buyer in a similar case…
