Who’s on an outsourcing team?

An outsourcing team is comprised of a leader (you) who maintains contact among the head honcho (the boss) and selected RentACoder contractor(s). It’s also comprised of a financial advisor, an HR contact, a legal consultant, and any individual or group of individuals who have knowledge about the task(s) being outsourced.
