Plain and simple, outsourcing risks are anything that could cause business failure. This could be the failure of a minute task or it could be the failure of an entire company. It all depends on what’s outsourced. The probability of these types of failures is what makes risk assessment absolutely critical, and it’s why you’re never advised to outsource anything without considering the consequences.
