Is there any better payment than an honest smile and pat on the back? For some very interesting psychological reasons… no. Coders are a curious lot. Some are in the outsourcing industry for the money. Others are in the industry because they genuinely want to help. When coders start to feel unappreciated, their work shows it. When they feel worthy on the other hand, their work shines.

We don’t know why. It probably goes back to some sort of bizarre conditioning way back in kindergarten. Whatever the reason is, it’s not important. What is important is that coders are encouraged to keep up the great job they’re doing…
