Coursing an Existing (Weak) Work Process

When you “course” an existing work process, you simply list the individual processes (and sometimes sub-processes) of a particular job. Processes specific to your business are unique to your job, and while our Tasks_97.xls list provides several good suggestions, they’re admittedly superficial.
You’re going to have to be much more specific when itemizing your own project’s tasks because when it’s all said and done, you’ll have what’s called, a “scope.” And hired contractors will use your scope as the basis of their work performance…
