According to Out-Law.com, “The International Association for Contract and Commercial Managers ( IACCM ) published research results claiming that nearly 60% of companies agreeing to complicated outsourcing deals sometimes fail to complete the contracts underpinning the agreements.” “IACCM chief executive Tim Cummins said that the lawyers that help to draft the complex agreements can be responsible for their non-completion.”
