Lawyers Can Be Barrier to Outsourcing

According to Out-Law.com, “The International Association for Contract and Commercial Managers ( IACCM ) published research results claiming that nearly 60% of companies agreeing to complicated outsourcing deals sometimes fail to complete the contracts underpinning the agreements.” “IACCM chief executive Tim Cummins said that the lawyers that help to draft the complex agreements can be responsible for their non-completion.”

One of the great things about RentACoder is that the site’s outsourcing contracts aren’t complicated with attorney injunctions. In fact, the site’s bid wizard makes building contracts so easy, anyone can outsource through the site without the need for a lawyer. Only in unique situations is legal counsel required, and that uniqueness is generally restricted to corporate use.

If you’re part of an outsourcing corp, you need to be aware of how legal counsel can make what’s seemingly a simple process much more complicated than it needs to be… So much so that an outsourcing project could fail before it even started.
