Free technical support is available to all registered users of First Draft. (Note that the developer reserves the right to terminate support for users who are unreasonable or abusive, or who have problems beyond the scope of using First Draft.) If you're having issues with installing, running, or purchasing your copy of First Draft, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Questions related to purchases (registration) should be addressed to the 3rd-party payment processor that handled the transaction.
If you think you've found a bug, please verify that it hasn't already been fixed in the most recent version of First Draft. If it hasn't, please let the developer know about it immediately. Include your computer's specs (operating system, memory, etc.), screen shots of the problem, and a description of the issue in as much detail as possible. Of course, if you don't know your computer specs, you can use this nifty little tool to grab them. After running that tool, email the resulting report to email@example.com along with a description of the problem you're having.
If you don't see a feature or function that you'd like to use with First Draft, feel free to describe it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Inclusion isn't guaranteed; however, all submissions are reviewed and considered.
All other issues should be addressed to email@example.com.
